A recent survey by Which stated that there was 2.5 million complaints against bad workmenship  by building trades in the UK and shows there is a need for independant assesors to look at the works to assess their credability. 

Having 30 years experiance in applicating, importing and selling renders in the UK we can offer tecnical opinions on failed render, render of poor apearance and render problems in general.

With the ever increasing volume of coloured rendering and insulated rendering being carried out to both new and existing buildings, we are seeing more and more problems with the quality of the rendering, also with more greener types of construction more common place now,rendering/plastering contractors are confused as to what products and systems to use.

We attend many building exhibitions throughout the country and are told on a frequent basis by people, both contractors and public,who come to the stand about the poor quality render they have had applied to their project or projects.
